Description

Mimosa is a Spanish aperitif drink that consists of sparkling wine and orange juice, a fruity and palatable surprise for your next apero or brunch.

Normally, 2 parts of champagne or prosecco and 1 part of orange juice is ideal. However, it depends on the quality of the sparkling wine and your taste, increase the ratio up to 1:1 to make it smoother.

Because Mimosa contains relatively little alcohol and it's not too sweet does it go down well with almost everybody.
